C1.Conv | ADVANCED CONVERSATION

This is a very advanced conversational practice course.  Whilst focusing primarily on communicative proficiency, emphasis will also be placed on fluidity, expanding vocabulary sets, the use of metaphors and idiomatic expressions, and conversational interpretation of grammar.  Course activities include discussion of articles, video capsules, short stories, short presentations, communicative games, lexical mapping and situational dialogues.

For students who have completed C1.3

Materials will be provided by the teachers.

IMPORTANT - New students at the Istituto must complete the placement test before registering for this class.  The purpose of this test is to ensure students are taking the correct course based on their assessed level.  Returning students are not required to take  this test.
