The contribution of Italian cuisine to the world is immeasurable. Food in Italy is not only a source of sustenance, its consumption fosters social intimacy and encourages regional diversity. The focus of this course will be to discover and explore cultural insights of Italian gastronomy, to improve your social conversation and learn new vocabulary, expressions – and along the way the bonus of grammar review through discussions and multimedia offerings. Students will also take part in an interactive dialogue about the culture and customs of food and drink in Italy. Online we can continue to share good food and good conversation. Each week we will focus on a different social situation paired with food and/or drink
