COURSE DESCRIPTION

Upper Intermediate 4 | B2.4

This course is intended for students who want to consolidate advanced grammar skills and expand expressive abilities in Italian. The course focuses on the past participle, compound words, double auxiliary verbs, and indirect speech. Vocabulary from chapters 8 and 9 of Al Dente 4 will allow students to discuss stereotypes and cultural identity, share personal experiences, and describe works of art, while exploring art-related vocabulary.

Syllabus Upper-Intermediate 4:

In this course, the following elements will be introduced:

• Past participle (participio passato)
• Compound words (parole composte)
• Double auxiliary verbs (verbi con doppio ausiliare)
• Indirect speech (discorso indiretto)
• Vocabulary from chapters 8 and 9 of Al Dente 4

Course duration:        2.5-hour lessons once a week for 10 weeks

New students must take a placement test to register for this course.
