HOW TO ENROL IN 5 STEPS

Enrolment takes place online

Enrolment in all courses takes place through our website.

If you are a new student, please visit the About Our Courses page and review carefully the information provided BEFORE continuing. This will take only about 5 minutes, but it will provide you with important information to choose your courses and understand our policies.

Once you're ready to enrol and registration is open, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Current Courses menu at the top of the page, or, from the home page, scroll down to see the various course types and levels.
  2. When you are looking at course lists it is advisable to sort them alphabetically. Review the various options offered and select the course you want
  3. Take the online placement test, the link is on the course page. All new students must take the test.  Returning students are asked NOT to take the test, but contact their teacher or the office for any questions.
  4. It is advisable that you wait for your placement test results which will be sent within 48 hours.  However if you are quite certain of your level based on the course description, you can enroll and, if necessary, you can transfer prior to the first lesson, provided there is still room in the course you want to transfer to.
  5. To enroll, add the course(s) you want to the cart, then proceed to checkout.  You will be prompted to create an account, please do so and make a note of the e-mail address and password you use to register.  It is important to always use the same credentials every time you register to avoid creating multiple student profiles and have a clear history of your registrations.

Please note, we don't accept registrations over the phone.

When a course is full, it's full, no exceptions.  However you can ask the office to add you to the waiting list in case a spot comes up before the first lesson.

Transfers to other courses can happen up until the second lesson.  Transfers are not allowed after the second lesson.

If, after reviewing carefully the About Our Courses page, you have any questions, please contact the course coordinator at iictoronto.corsi@esteri.it
