This B1 review course focuses on reviewing verb tenses usage and on conversation. (passato prossimo/imperfetto/trapassato prossimo, condizionale and congiuntivo),
Students will work with different written and oral materials from different sources such as  for example, news, podcasts, fiction. Each class will contain conversational activities such as role-plays, and topic guided discussion.

Pre-requisite: Students who have completed level B1 (1, 2 and 3)

Courses begin on January 11, 2025 and following days.

Course features:
  • 2.5 hour classes each week for 10 weeks, total
  • Small class sizes of maximum 9 students
  • Our courses follow the Common European Framework set by the European Council
  • Highly qualified professional teachers with significant experience in teaching Italian as a second language. 
IMPORTANT - New students at the Istituto must complete the placement test before registering for this class.  The purpose of this test is to ensure students are taking the correct course based on their assessed level.  Returning students are not required to take  this test.

Students will also have the opportunity to prepare a class presentation on a topic that will be decided in class.
